Dr. Joo Ho Choi
PHM Service is operated by
PHM Service is operated by Dr. Joo Ho Choi, an Emeritus Professor at Korea Aerospace University, who has been researching PHM for 20 years. Dr. Choi has made significant efforts to advance and disseminate PHM technology, with accomplishments of 150 journal publications (see, Google Scholar), 15 patents, 60 government and industry projects (worth of 10M USD), and 80 invited lectures. He spearheaded first PHMAP conference in Asia and established Korean Society for PHM in 2018. As a result, he was selected as Fellow of the PHM Society in USA. From 2014 to 2019, he served as a consultant for reliability design, test, and failure prevention at SEMES, the largest equipment company in Korea that produces key equipment for semiconductor and display manufacturing processes
